Our Letting Packages are …….

“Let Only”.  This encompasses an initial valuation and advice, tenant finding, viewings, referencing/credit checks, changeover of services, safety checks, preparation of the Tenancy Agreement and a Standing Order, ready for handover to the Landlord.

“Let Only with Rent Collection”.  If you are a local landlord, you may not require our Full Management service but would prefer us to also look after collection of the rent.  This service is as for Let Only, with the addition of monthly rent collection which will be statemented and sent electronically to you.

“Full Management”  As above, with the addition of our Management Department services which includes acting as the point of contact for all matters throughout the tenancy and use of our Approved Contractors and Suppliers for any repairs or replacements required.  We will also conduct regular property inspections and supply check in/check out services.  We can also recommend an independent Inventory Clerk and make the necessary arrangements.

Should you require them, a variety of Landlords Insurance policies including a Rent Guarantee Scheme are also available and further details are available from us.
